"We usually love ordering from here, the tacos are usually so filling and jam packed with meat, we usually love the flavor and amount of meat on the tacos. However, today we were less than pleased. I would rate them a 4.5 any other time but today it's a 1.5. My al pastor tacos were really bean and pineapple tacos, not worth $13, besides not having enough meat to even taste, the flavor of the tiny pieces of meat was very disappointing. The carnitas tacos were okay, but the plate appeal was not there (when it usually is).
This is sad because this was one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in San Francisco.

"This is one my favorite taquerias. Their mojarra frita is delicious and I don't typically eat fajitas but they compliment the fish well. "El Toro is one of a handful of trad Mission places that I alternate between for delivery. Everything is tasty, you always get good portion, the prices are good when they have a deal on, and they're usually fast.
The Tamales (Each) was big and meaty, and tasted like a tamale. It came already unwrapped, and in fact broken into 3 pieces, but that didn't affect the taste. The (huge tub of) orange-colored sauce is not very spicy but pretty flavorful (and salty) and works with the tamale.
The Meat Nachos are good, but I accidentally ordered the "spicy chicken in red sauce" (which is not that spicy, but is tasty) instead of the asada. So the whole thing was a soggy mess, but that's my fault—in fact, they sent along an unsolicited bag of free chips, which came pretty close to fixing it. Anyway, it was a bit of a pain to eat (again, my fault), but tasted good enough to be worth it."
