The Hinodeya Ramen (House Ramen) was packaged very well. I ordered extra spinach. The Crispy Chicken Karaage was not crispy anymore. The Shrimp Tempura (5 pcs) was crispy with the seasoning. Spice was solid.

Appreciated that everythingwas labeled perfectly by name for a shared order. Even the 4 spicy oil was super spicy, glad it arrives on side. The creamy vegan ramen was outstanding and huge portions we enjoyed half the next day and it was even tastier! would recommend an extra side of the kabocha - that was delicious.

Hinodeya is always a hit with their wonderful flavors, excellent quality, speed of service and careful packaging! Really appreciate the variety of ramen from the clam ramen, chicken ramen, pork to the amazing vegan ramen!

Can I give 20/5 stars? The Creamy Ramen (Vegan) is UNMATCHED, absolutely bomb (I recommend adding menma). And the Zen Ramen (Vegan) is just that wonderful, flavorful, almost sweet, classic ramen youre probably craving. Top notch vegetarian/vegan ramen.
