The Hook and Ladder sub was not the same I normally order. The bread looked and taste like a hotdog bun. What happened to the normal bread?? It was doughy and wet. Too much lettuce and black olives. It seemed that the store ran out of bread, tomatoes and cheese for my sandwich. I order a lot from Firehouse Subs and I'm very disappointed. The sandwiches are too expensive for what I received.

Terrible attitude from employee! I will NEVER order from here again. On top of that, when I got home, one of my sandwiches was soggy. The bread on the bottom couldn't be picked up or held. Prattville location is 100% better (attitude and preparation).
