Placed an order, there was a mix-up and I got someone else's order. Finneys called me immediately, before I even knew, and personally delivered my order. EXCELLENT customer service and the food was great! 10 stars for Finneys!

The food was absolutely disgusting. The meats were dried out. The salad was wilted and halfway kind of rotted. It did not have a crisp texture. It seemed like it was either old lettuce or they had it around heat. I didn't want to eat it and get sick.

They do a great job packaging and never forget any sides. For the Carnitas Nachos, you get a good amount of food and the cheese was still decently melted by the time it got here. Sauce and pico de gallo comes on the side so it's not soggy. Only downside is you can't customize the meals too much like how you would be able to in the resturaunt. But overall, very solid and you get what's advertised. Would order again.

the salad looked like it was made yesterday, their croutons were just bread crumbs The ingredients were not what was listed.

Smashburger was great but whomever is salting the fries today (3/10/26) Dude that is way too much salt the fries are in the trash. other than that, I love Finney's!
