Rakuu pho was out of this world good. Very fresh veggies and the broth was hot with the meat already in it. Love that concept. All of the meats were very flavorfull. Will be ordering here from now on.

Best Japanese food in town for an amazing price. My top faves. The crab wontons are a MUST! And the shaggy roll 10/10! Everything is amazing! I recommend adding "fry hard" for the general tso chicken for a crispy outside. I eat here 1-2 a week.

I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. I'm very impressed with the very unique flavor of the broth. I believe they put Turmeric which added a nice dimension to the flavor. Although the main difference between this Tonkotsu broth and others I've tried seems to be that this one has waay more umami. It lingers on the tongue a very long time, and it is very delicious. I wonder if they used sake at all to diminish the pork flavor. The egg was boiled to perfection.
The only downside was the fried onions. There were a few pieces that were onion skin, so I had to spit them out.

The flavor of the Chicken Lettuce Wraps was really good but the size of the peppers were so big that they overpowered the dish. I finally had yo remove them. Additionally, the Edamame needed to be steamed a bit longer . It was tough and crunchy.
