Tortillas are so soft and fluffy everything was fresh tacos were nice n full new go to for sure

I don't usually write reviews ever, but my expedite this order was so awful I feel compelled to warn others. First off, terrible packaging. My styrofoam container was partially melted leading to my cheese enchiladas being spilled into the plastic bag.
2nd, my order was wrong I ordered chickens crispy tacos and only received ground beef tacos.
3rd, everything was just bland. Like do you even use salt at all? Rice and beans were tasteless, enchiladas were horrible except for the occasional piece of beef that added at least some flavor.
4th, the nachos, not as bad ass the tacos or enchiladas but the chips were just soggy as can be as if they sat overnight.
Lastly, and what really motivated me to write this review. I ordered 1 drink, SWEET TEA, absolutely awful not even a pinch of sugar was added It tasted like I was drinking dirty dish water.
Overall horrible experience I will never order from Gilbert's again. Hope this helps the next person at all

I ordered the Javi special and what I got was 2 enchiladas in cheese soup. My enchiladas, rice and beans all lacked flavor... never ordering from Gilbert's again. The tea was good.

Food was great as always. Sorry I was hangry so I took a pic mid way thru my meal. Definitely recommend this place.
