If I didn't love these sand so much, I'd probably stop ordering from here. Same price for less food but the food is always fresh and delicious. Inflation! What can we do? Best chicken salad in town! Chocolate shake is awesome too if you haven't tried it!

The Wreck sandwich was dry & my grandson couldn't eat it. My Italian was also very dry & the bread was stale. I will NOT be ordering from Potbelly again. The only thing that was good was the soup & that was barely warm.

I ordered a sandwich, original wreck with mustard only and they put mustard and a whole bunch of some kind of nasty juice. so much it was running down my hands trying to eat it. except for whatever that juice was, the sandwich was ok, whatever that was kinda ruined the taste. maybe next time they'll actually read the online order and put what I want on it instead of just randomly selecting things.

Amazing fresh sandwiches! The broccoli and cheddar soup also came nice and hot which was definitely appreciated.
