I order here at least once a week. Everything I've eaten was incredible. My top recommendations are the Tallarin Saltado de Carne and the Aji de Gallina empanadas. So filling and incredibly flavorful. Don't forget the Inca Kola, an absolute necessity!

Taste: I enjoyed the overall flavor of the lomo saltado, but the frozen fries took away from the dish. They tasted bland and did not complement the other ingredients very well.
Portion: The portion was decent, but it needed more beef, especially considering the price.
Freshness: The fries tasted like frozen, prepackaged fries rather than freshly prepared potatoes. The plantains were also overcooked and slightly burnt, so their cooking time needs improvement.
Specific items: The drink options were not explained on DoorDash or the restaurant’s official website. I contacted the restaurant through WhatsApp and was initially told that only freshly made blackberry chicha was available. About 20 minutes later, they mentioned bottled mango and passion fruit juices. This information should be clearly listed on the menu. Personally, I did not enjoy the blackberry chicha because it was overly sweet and had a slightly grainy texture.
Would I order again? I might give the restaurant another chance because the lomo saltado had good potential, but the portion, freshness, side dishes, and menu descriptions need improvement.

En general, me gustó el sabor del lomo saltado, pero considero que podría mejorar. La porción tenía muy poca carne y las papas parecían congeladas de bolsa, lo que les restó frescura y textura al platillo. Siento que unas papas de mejor calidad complementarían mucho más el sabor.
Los plátanos fritos estaban demasiado cocidos y un poco achicharrados, así que también deberían ajustar el tiempo de fritura.
En cuanto a las bebidas, ni DoorDash ni la página oficial especificaban qué sabores estaban disponibles o cuáles eran naturales. Tuve que comunicarme por WhatsApp y al principio solo me dijeron que tenían chicha de mora natural. Aproximadamente 20 minutos después, me informaron que también había mango y maracuyá, pero que estos eran embotellados. Sería muy útil que toda esta información apareciera claramente en el menú.
Personalmente, la chicha de morada no fue de mi agrado porque estaba demasiado dulce y tenía una textura ligeramente arenosa. La comida tiene potencial, pero estos detalles definitivamente podrían mejorar la experiencia.

Was barely any meat in the Lomo Saltado and the food as a whole wasn't very flavorful. The rice felt like it was from the previous day. Wouldn't order again.

I love Peruvian food Lomo Saltado (Sautéed Beef) and the Empanada de Carne (Beef Empanada) are my favorite food Alfajores my favorite dessert great portion of food recommended everything look fresh
