Saltfish Cookup - The saltfish is sauteed with red and yellow bell pepper, onion and seasongs flavorful and compliments the " food / provisions" with which it is served- which are dumplings ( Jamacian dumplings are more dense and thick than American dumplings ) , green steamed banana ( they have a mild bannana taste but are not sweet - more starchy )and , the yam is the true yam ( the starchy tuber that originates in West Africa, not the orange sweet potato also called yam in the US). Finally, the vegetable medley consistingof steamed broccoli and carrots were not overcooked.
Although I was very hungry when It started the meal, I could eat half . So another meal later.

I've been eating a cool runnings for many years.  Authentic favors keeps me returning back. The food is consistently good. Portion size is very fair for the price. Very tender, oxtail and perfectly smothered chicken. Fresh vegetables in the cabbage.

The food is just as good as I remember it, with very large portions. My nephew eats like a grown man, and he was stuffed after not even eating half of his plate. It's always flavorful, and the chicken was very tender. Thanks Cool Runnings.

First time here and the food was bomb arrived nice and fresh The rice was fluffy and not dry the curry had a kick to it that I like and the portion sizes are get there is enough for 2 you definitely get your money's worth I liked the beef patty as well the flavor is amazing but it was a little dry and crumbly I am sure it taste better if I get it fresh instead of delivery

No gravy on rice. Fatty oxtail barely any meat and small oxtails. Portion small for cost, not worth it. Will not be ordering again. Took an hour to get food. Cabbage and oxtail was bland and under seasoned.
