All the food was hot. The chicken sandwiches were hot. The chicken was hot and fresh. Oh my God the biscuit was not hard around the rim you know oh my God it was the best.

The Shrimp was really hard to chew, and most of the batter was so hard it hurts my teeth trying to bite into it. There was 2 single fries in there along with a a small chicken nugget/strip. I guess this was the scraps given to me. Anyway $20+ only to just eat red beans. Waste of my money.

The worst service from Popeyes! I ordered a 5 piece blackened chicken strip meal with a drink. I received 3 pieces of old chicken that looks like it's been sitting out for the whole day! I'm a nightshift Nurse and was unable to stop by otw to work. I now have to find lunch for my shift because I can not eat the chicken that was delivered. I wish I could upload a picture. Very upsetting.

I'll start off positive, the biscuit was delicious and fresh.
The rest of the food however, was probably sitting under a heating lamp for an hour before being put into packaging and sent to me. Most of the "shrimp" in my order we clumps of fried batter, not ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp*. Chicken in the 5Pc Tenders Combo was dried out. Fries were colder than the delivery trip can account for.

The spicy NEW Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich is absolutely the ultimate SPICY chicken sandwich. The pickles and sauce are a great companion to the chicken.
