"I was so excited to have some birria ramen and a quezabirria. This was not it. The quesadilla had a big lump of birria meat right in the middle, with hardly any cheese on it. Then I get to the ramen where the paper bowl that they've decided to transport hot soup in, has completely come apart. Luckily it was tied off in a plastic bag, but not the best experience fishing my ramen out of a plastic bag. The consume was very thick and hardly had any beef flavor to it. Just tasted like watered down blended chile. No salt or any seasoning to it at all. Lastly, the birria was tough.
