I equate it to bad barbeque. If you need a lot of sauce to make the meat taste good, then it's not great barbeque.
Maybe got the bad chef, but ordered on Saturday so it's unlikely. For a $30 meal total to me, I will not order again..."

"The combo plate was excellent! The beef tamale was delicious, as was the shredded pork with chili enchilada. The enchilada was not drowned in sauce so that was a big plus. I'm not a fan of refried beans, so I chose to try the corn cake - really delicious, much like a moist sweet cornbread with corn kernels.
